Product Summary
The MOC3022M is a 6-pin dip random-phase optoisolator with triac driver output. It consists of gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes, optically coupled to a silicon bilateral switch. The MOC3022M is designed for applications requiring isolated triac triggering. Applications include: Solenoid/Valve Controls, Static ac Power Switch, Lamp Ballasts, Solid State Relays, Interfacing Microprocessors to 115 Vac Peripherals, Incandescent Lamp Dimmers, Motor Controls.
