Features
TheOPA320(single) andOPA2320(dual) areanew
generation of precision, low-voltage CMOS
operational amplifiers optimized for very low noise
and wide bandwidth while operating on a low
quiescentcurrentofonly1.45mA.
The OPA320 series is ideal for low-power,
single-supply applications.Low-noise(7nV/√Hz)and
high-speedoperationalsomakethem well-suitedfor
drivingsamplinganalog-to-digitalconverters(ADCs).
Otherapplications include signal conditioning and
sensoramplification.
The OPA320 features a linear input stage with
zero-crossover distortion that delivers excellent
common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of typically
114dB over the full input range. The input
common-mode range extends 100mV beyond the
negativeandpositivesupplyrails. Theoutputvoltage
typically swingswithin10mVofthe rails.
In addition,the OPAx320haveawidesupplyvoltage
range from 1.8Vto 5.5VwithexcellentPSRR(106dB)
overthe entiresupply range, makingthem suitable
for precision,low-power applicationsthat run directly
from batterieswithoutregulation.
The OPA320 (single version) is available in a
SOT23-5package; the OPA320Sshut-down single
versionis availablein anSOT23-6package.Thedual
OPA2320is offeredin SO-8,MSOP-8,and DFN-8
packages,andthe OPA2320S(dual withshut-down)
